The Vessel

Named for the
ancient star
of the Nile

SEBA is the ancient Egyptian hieroglyph for star — the five-pointed symbol of celestial guidance carved into temple ceilings for five thousand years. At 55 metres, she is among the finest and most refined Dahabiyas sailing the Nile today.

Her shallow draft opens moorings beside temples that no cruise ship can reach. She moves at the pace of the river: unhurried, sovereign, entirely yours.

Built for
the river

built by Egypt's most experienced Dehebeya builders on the banks of the Nile, SEBA’s shallow draft carries her into waters motor yachts cannot enter - private moorings, hidden bends, temples, and quarries at dawn.

Eight private
sanctuaries

One owner's suite — the finest on the Nile. Two terrace cabins opening to the river. Five ultra-luxurious cabins, each impeccably appointed with higher ceilings, fine furnishings, and en-suite marble bathrooms. Panoramic windows frame the moving landscape like paintings that change every hour.

Your crew,
your pace

Twenty dedicated crew attend to every detail. A private Egyptologist accompanies each voyage. You decide when to sail — and when to simply watch the river pass.
